"Improving of young people skills in employment"

Expedient
   Increase the level of employability skills of young people and University students in the city of Kulob districts Hamadoni, Farkhor and Dangara, attracted by the teachers of the Universities for the organization conducting information sessions and workshops on a volunteer basis. These information sessions will be organized in close cooperation with the administration of the Universities and to effectively inform the beneficiaries of the project will be developed Handbook on employment for young professionals in the Tajik for mass distribution.
                                                          

1. Capacity building in the field of skills for employment, volunteer organization in the field of project implementation, as well as the organizers of the event associated with the project.
  PO"Kalidi Donish" has to coordinate closely with the sectors of youth, sports and tourism, as well as on the database of the youth sector has already formulated the volunteer movement which will directly contribute to the realization of events in the framework of the project. For effective implementation of the project it is necessary to organize the 2 day training for this audience associated with employability skills. The training provides the necessary knowledge of the volunteers in the areas of employment, what would the follow-up project, the volunteers were able to clearly answer all the questions asked by the beneficiaries.

2. Development of training manual for employability skills in the Tajik language.
   From the center of Kalidi Donish" will be developed interactive manual in the Tajik language about employment skills. At least this training manual includes basic information about increasing of knowledge level associated with employment, such as; resume writing, how to find a desired job from where to start from, the secrets of a successful interview, the mechanism signing of the letter of interest as well as basic information on the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan. For mass awareness among beneficiaries of the project will be printed 50, 400 copies of the manual. Printed manual will not only spread in the schools of the coverage area of the project they will be distributed among educational institutions of Kurgantybe

3. The organization is conducting a series of workshops on employability skills in schools coverage area of the project.
  PO "Kalidi Donish" together with the project partners and educational institutions will   develop a joint plan for massive conduction of sessions and workshops on employability skills among students of educational institutions who covered by the project. For the efficient conduct a series of workshops, will be attracted teachers of the school as volunteers. During the workshops, teachers will assist already to the   trained volunteers of the organization  who participate in  two-day training More than 5000  students will informed  on employability skills. All participants will receive this manual.

4. The attraction of skilled professionals as a quick mentors for graduates of the educational institution, the scope of the project.
  In the frame of the project will be organized a special event which called "Quick mentoring" in which the assembled experts and professionals who have wide experience and skills in their professional work. The participants of this event are the graduates of the educational institutions. It is expected that student’s graduates will receive practical benefit from the experts and professionals. Besides this there is an opportunity to establish cooperation between potential employers, professionals, the leaders of enterprises, private sectors and government agencies. In all areas of the project will be organized one event "Quick mentoring" each event will be attended by 80 graduates and 20 expert professionals from various sectors.
