Want to Change the World? Start With You! Develop your confidence, communication and leadership skills in a practical 'hands-on' way. Looking to make a difference in your community or in the world, then this is the course for you. Your Journey begins with an intensive and fun 6-day training program, through which you can unleash your potential by increasing your awareness, helping you gain an insight into your purpose in life, and by developing the skills required to lead effectively, for the good of all.  Learn about: What is a Transformational Leader, Great Communication, Decision Making, Leading Teams, Mindfulness, Your Authentic Sound and How You can Make A Difference, plus so much more.  The following 12 months give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice with reviews and reflection. You will also be given the option of availing of your own trained Lucca Leadership mentor, continuous support from our extensive international alumni network with quarterly meet-ups* and the chance to participate in active service learning in our "Give Something Back" program.  Is This For Me!!! - You need to be aged between 18-40 - You need to show some evidence of your commitment to the development of your own community or society, through schemes, projects or individual action. - You need to submit an idea for how you will make the difference on your return that you believe will uplift your world. - You need to be able to speak English to participate.
